The SSCC-18 (Serial Shipping Container Code) is an 18-digit code that uniquely identifies an individual logistics unit such as a pallet or carton.
How it works
It combines an extension digit, a GS1 company prefix, a serial reference and a check digit, and is usually carried inside a GS1-128 barcode.

Pallets, containers and shipment units tracked across the supply chain.
