QRinsec is a free, client-side QR code and barcode generator. All code generation and rendering processes happen entirely within your web browser. No data, links, or text you input into our generators is ever sent to, processed by, or stored on our servers. We provide these tools for your personal and commercial convenience, without account registration or tracking of your generated content.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

The Service and all tools provided by QRinsec are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You are solely responsible for the content you encode using our tools, as well as for any results, decisions, or damages arising from the use of the generated codes. QRinsec and its operators shall not be held liable for:

• Scan failures, printing errors, or technical malfunctions of the generated codes.
• Misuse of the generated codes for malicious or fraudulent purposes.
• Changes made by third-party social media platforms or external websites that break the functionality of your encoded links.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Always test your generated QR codes and barcodes with multiple devices before printing or distributing them.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree to use QRinsec only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our Service to generate codes that link to or encode:

• Malicious software, viruses, malware, or phishing websites.
• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or highly regulated harmful content.
• Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks of others.
• Materials that promote violence, harassment, or hate speech.

While we do not actively monitor or store the content you encode (as it happens client-side), we reserve the right to report known instances of abuse to relevant law enforcement agencies or hosting providers.

5. Intellectual Property

The QRinsec name, website design, and underlying source code (excluding open-source libraries) are the exclusive property of QRinsec.

Our Service may feature icons, names, and colors associated with third-party social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.) for the sole purpose of allowing users to generate links to those platforms. QRinsec is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these social platforms. All brand names, logos, and trademarks belong exclusively to their respective owners.
